These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of leosmidhammar.se (the "Site"), operated by Leo Smidhammar, Djursholm, Sweden ("we", "us"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

All photographs, images, and text on the Site are the copyrighted work of Leo Smidhammar unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission.

3. Purchases

Prints and other products offered on the Site are sold and fulfilled through our Shopify-hosted checkout. When you place an order, you leave the Site and complete payment on Shopify's secure checkout, which has its own terms and privacy practices.

As a consumer located in the EU/EEA, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. Some exceptions may apply to made-to-order or personalized prints. To exercise this right, contact us at the address below.

We aim to describe products and images as accurately as possible, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, or to interfere with its normal operation.

5. Third-party services

The Site relies on third-party services — including Shopify (checkout and payments) and Supabase (site infrastructure) — that operate under their own terms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites linked from the Site.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Site is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any dispute not resolved directly with us may be brought before the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or the competent Swedish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
